Ambleside Online
This is a FREE booklist that was designed to be as close as possible to Charlotte Mason curriculum. Great for those who want to follow Charlotte Mason curriculum or anyone who just loves reading.

Scholastic Teacher's Site
This teacher's site from Scholastic has lesson plans for Pre-K to 12 grade. Very complete, from unit plans for each level, overview of the lesson, detail description, materials and books needed, etc.
Keep your focus though, as you can easily be distracted by the many resources they have online.

Reading is Fundamental is a great children's literacy site. They have parents guide, reading activity calendar, booklist etc. Make sure you check out the Read Along Stories and Songs for kids and the Kids Literacy Games pages.

Gryphon House Free Activities

Children's Books Online
This FREE Homeschool Resource are especially for children. The books are illustrated and the library is indexed by age/interest reading level to ease your browsing.

Project Gutenberg
This is simply the Best Free Homeschool Resource ever. Tons and tons of free e-books. From authors like Louisa May Alcott (Little Women) and Charles Dickens, books like Anne of Green Gables and Robinson Crusoe, this site has million of e-books for FREE.

It could be tiresome to browse around, though, so if you know what you want to read, just look for that. Otherwise, you may browse its Top 100 books.
